one The invention relates to heat exchange apparatus and can be used in the energy industry. A known method of manufacturing a heat exchange tube from a smooth-walled cylindrical sharpening is by finning its outer surface and placing inside it along the axis of the core with longitudinal radial ribs 1. The disadvantage of this method is the complexity of the process of external finning of the pipe and the need for additional processing of its internal surface for the installation of the core. The purpose of the invention is to improve manufacturability. This is achieved by pre-inserting the core into the core, after which the fins are formed on its outer surface with simultaneous compression to the inner diameter, smaller diameter of the core edges, and the shape of the polygon in cross-section, the tops of which correspond to the core edges, partially pressed into billet wall. FIG. 1 shows a pipe according to the proposed method; in fig. 2 is the same cross section. The heat exchange tube contains the outer fins 1 and the core 2 placed inside it with ribs 3. Inside the cylindrical billet of the pipe, a core 2 with ribs 3 is placed. Then the outer surface of the billet is crimped to form ribbing 1 and give the billet a polygon shape in a transverse junction whose peaks correspond to the ribs 3 of core 2. The forces clamped in this way partially allow the core ribs to be pressed into the wall of the workpiece. The proposed method for the manufacture of a heat exchange tube makes it possible to simplify the process of its external finning while fastening the core inside it.

Claims (1) [1] Invention Formula A method of manufacturing a heat exchange tube from a smooth-wall cylindrical billet by orienting it to a surface with a surface and placing inside it along the axis of the core with longitudinal-radial ribs, characterized in that, in order to improve manufacturability, a core is inserted inside aiaroTOBKJi, and then. on the outer surface of it, the fins are formed with simultaneous compression to the inner diameter, smaller diameter of the tops of the core edges, and give the blank the shape of a polygon in cross section, the tops of which correspond to the core edges partially pressed into the wall of the workpiece.
